How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership:

1. Head over to your My Account -> Subscriptions page.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the view button for your active subscription.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Cancel button.
   
   
   
   
4. Fill out the cancellation survey. Please ensure you answer all questions, including selecting a star review on the question of recommendation to others.
