What happens if I don’t pay my renewal?

If you don’t pay your renewal by the due date, your account will be placed on-hold for up to 3 days before your membership is then cancelled and your access revoked.

During this 3-day period we will endeavour to charge your card or remind you to make a payment through your My Account.

To avoid losing your membership, please ensure you have funds in your account and that your payment details are up-to-date.
