The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chair, Gary Gensler, will be appearing before the Senate Banking Committee at 10am (ET) on Sep. 14, and has released his prepared testimony early, partly discussing the current state of crypto regulation and the urgent need to protect investors.
