Declined Posts in the Community

Recently, we were disappointed to learn that some members have not been receiving moderators’ feedback in the Collective Shift Crypto Community due to a bug on the Facebook platform.

For this reason, we’ve decided to change how our moderators provide feedback on declined posts to ensure all our members receive our feedback.

When a post is declined our moderators now email feedback to each member directly. The email will go directly to the member’s email address we have on file.

What’s in the emails?

• An explanation of why the post was declined

• A link to the specific rule that was breached

• A text copy of the declined post

The email will be sent from [email protected]. Tip: Save this address to your contacts to help ensure it doesn’t go to your spam folder.

Please note: our longer-term plan is to continue allocating resources to migrating off of Facebook altogether. In the meantime, we hope our members continue to enjoy learning and participating in the Facebook community.
