Time For Me To Execute on My Strategy

I don't think the cycle top is in. But it's not black and white; there are always shades of grey. So, a strong technical indicator, along with four-year cycle top fears, has made me think we are in for some more choppy markets, which I do not wish to put my portfolio through.
