What is Collective Shift Accelerator?
Accelerator is our live group program. Over four weeks you build your strategy with the team, working through your portfolio audit, asset selection, exchanges, DeFi, storage, tax considerations and exit planning. You then have 12 months of access to the Academy, the Live Crypto Portfolio, market research, weekly live analyst Q&A, Ask the Analyst in Circle and the Accelerator community.
How much does membership cost?
Membership pricing depends on the program and how you join, so we discuss it on your private strategy call once we understand your situation and whether Collective Shift is the right fit.

Do you manage my money or hold my crypto?
Never. We do not manage money and we never take custody of client funds. Members retain full custody and control of their own assets at all times. Moving assets into secure self-custody is one of the first things our framework covers. We are research and education partners with Coinbase, CoinSpot and Swyftx, but we never hold your assets on your behalf.
What is your refund policy?
New members are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within your first 14 days, you may request a refund. Conditions vary by membership tier and refunds are calculated as set out in the policy.
I am new to crypto. Is Collective Shift for me?
Yes, if you are serious about doing it properly. Accelerator takes you further with a structured beginners course, a live cohort that walks you through the curriculum week by week, and a community and analyst team to lean on. You do not need experience, you need a long-term mindset and a willingness to learn.
I already have a substantial portfolio. What do you offer?
Platinum is designed for investors with significant capital deployed who want a full-year program with 8 Private Analyst Sessions a year, a dedicated client success manager, 1-on-1 educational sessions and in-person masterminds.
Who is Collective Shift NOT for?
Collective Shift is not for people looking to pay off debt, replace their income with crypto, or make quick returns in 6 to 12 months. We work with investors who have a long-term, multi-cycle mindset. If you are looking for short-term price tips, we are not the right fit. If you are in financial difficulty and considering investing money you cannot afford to lose, we strongly encourage you to seek independent financial counselling before considering any investment. Digital assets are volatile and carry significant risk.
Do you provide financial advice?
No. Collective Shift provides general information, research, education, frameworks and educational support only. We do not provide personal financial, tax or legal advice, and we do not make buy, sell or hold recommendations tailored to your circumstances. You make your own investment decisions, and we encourage you to consult a qualified adviser to ensure any decision fits your objectives and risk profile. All information provided is general in nature and does not consider your personal financial situation, objectives or needs.
What happens in the first 90 days?
For Platinum members, the first 90 days are the most important period. You start with an onboarding call where your client success manager walks you through your personalised plan. Your CSM runs weekly check-ins for the first 30 days, then monthly check-ins through day 90, with a scheduled 90-day review milestone. During this period you work through the core curriculum, get your structure and security set up properly, and begin engaging with the research and portfolio. Post-90-day, the cadence shifts to a lighter ongoing rhythm with quarterly check-ins and periodic touchpoints from your CSM.
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes. Accelerator members can upgrade to Platinum at any time. If you are considering an upgrade, mention it on your strategy call or contact your client success manager.
How many members do you have?
We have 1,000+ members across our memberships. We cap certain programs to maintain quality and ensure our analysts and client success team can deliver the level of attention each tier promises. Platinum is intentionally limited in intake.
Do you work with Companies, SMSFs and trusts?
Yes. Many of our members hold digital assets through their SMSFs, family trusts and company structures. Our education covers how to think about structure, tax and custody in the context of these entities. However, we do not provide personal financial, tax or legal advice, and we recommend you consult a qualified adviser for structuring decisions specific to your circumstances. SMSF establishment and specific personal financial advice is referred to licensed partner advisers.
What payment options do you offer?
Payment options vary by tier and are discussed on your strategy call. We offer both upfront and instalment options for most tiers via credit card, bank transfer or crypto payments.
Is my data and privacy protected?
Yes. We take member privacy seriously. Your personal information, portfolio data and communications with our team are handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
